Our ability to generate and ingest Manna for ourselves was activated in the Stage 3 Frequencies of Brilliance Training with Christine Day, who channeled through the information for this process in 2002. In this training, we were initiated into our own Manna Production so that it could assist us in transmitting and carrying the higher frequencies of the advanced energetic healing work. The Manna supports our bodies with an energetic nutrition so we can carry more Light. It has become apparent that this process would benefit the general public in their pursuit of their highest Human Potential. In order to teach the Manna Journey we have undergone a series of initiations and activations with Christine Day so we are able to activate the Manna Production in others.
